RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase! CUTFITWEAR strives to provide our customers with nothing but the best! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund and/or an exchange. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

If you are unsatisfied with your order once received, please contact us as soon as possible within the 14-day return grace period. Please do not hesitate to contact us at cutfitwear@gmail.com before sending any return item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be:
• In the same condition that you received them;
• Unworn/unused with tags and in the original packaging;
• NO deodorant marks, light/dark stains, makeup marks, pet hair or odor, and/or other signs of use;
• Please note if we receive the item(s) in a poor condition, we reserve the right to send the item(s) back at the customer expense and deny the return claim.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cutfitwear@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
